Delivery
Free curbside freight delivery to the 48 contiguous US states via ABF or UPS. Orders ship within 48 hours of payment when the item is in stock at the US warehouse, and transit usually takes 5–8 days depending on location. Curbside delivery means the driver leaves the item at the curb or end of the driveway, so plan help to move it into place. Alaska, Hawaii and other destinations are quoted case by case, so contact us before ordering. Shipping policy
Warranty
Dreampod manufacturer warranty: 2 years on the fiberglass shell and 1 year on electronic and mechanical components, including the pump, chiller, filtration and control systems. Covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.
Returns
Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery for unused items in original condition and packaging. A 25% restocking fee applies, and the buyer pays return freight. Report any delivery damage within 48 hours. Return policy
