Delivery
This bed is built to order by Merican. Production takes 30–35 business days after your order is placed, followed by international freight shipping, so delivery typically takes 8–10 weeks from the date of your order. We'll send updates as your bed moves through production and shipping, and contact you to schedule freight delivery. Before delivery, plan for a dedicated 220–240V circuit with a 30A breaker installed by a licensed electrician. Shipping policy
Warranty
Merican 5-Year Comprehensive Warranty, included at no extra cost. It covers component failures not caused by user damage or misuse. Replacement parts are free, and repairs are supported with step-by-step video guides and dedicated online technical support from Merican.
Returns
This bed is made to order. Cancel within 24 hours of placing your order for a full refund. After 24 hours, production begins and the order can no longer be cancelled. After delivery, beds in original, undamaged condition and packaging can be returned within 30 days of delivery. A 25% restocking fee applies, and the buyer pays return freight. Please inspect your bed at delivery and report any shipping damage within 48 hours. Return policy
