No more ice runs. Cold water on demand. The Pod Chiller is The Pod Company's best-selling ice bath chiller. It cools your plunge to a steady cold temperature, filters the water around the clock, and plugs into a regular 110V outlet, so you can step into a cold plunge every day without buying, hauling or waiting on ice.
Choose the Standard Chiller for most climates or the more powerful Chiller 2.0 for hot climates and faster cool-down, then add an Ice Pod Pro or Long Pod to get a complete plunge setup in one order.

Choose your chiller
Standard Chiller (1/3 HP). Best for climates that stay below about 85°F. Chills water down to 41°F (5°C), uses about 280W, and is extremely compact at 12 × 12 × 13 in. Very quiet at roughly 39–45 dB, comparable to a refrigerator.
Chiller 2.0. Best for climates above about 85°F or anyone who wants faster cooling. Chills water down to 39°F (3–4°C), cools about twice as fast as the Standard, and adds app-based temperature control. Measures 15.7 × 13.4 × 13 in.
Add a tub. Bundle an Ice Pod Pro (up to 6′7″) or the extra-roomy Long Pod (up to 6′9″). Tubs ordered with a chiller come with chiller-ready valves for a clean, leak-free connection.

FAQ
Which chiller should I pick?
If summer temperatures where your plunge sits regularly go above about 85°F, or you want the coldest water and fastest cool-down, choose Chiller 2.0. Otherwise the Standard Chiller is a great fit.
Do I need a plumber or electrician?
No. Drop the two hoses into your tub (or connect to the valves on an Ice Pod), plug the chiller into a regular outlet and set your temperature.
Will it raise my electricity bill much?
The Pod Company estimates about $0.50–$1.50 a day depending on your climate and set temperature, which is far less than buying ice for daily plunges.
How often do I change the water?
Continuous filtration keeps water clean for weeks. Pairing it with a water sanitizer and a lid extends the time between changes further.
Is cold plunging safe for me?
Cold exposure is not for everyone. If you are pregnant or have a heart condition, blood pressure concerns or another health condition, check with your doctor first, and start with short, comfortable sessions.
Can I talk to someone before I order?
Yes. Call us at 1-855-560-6831, Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM EST, or email support@sanorawellness.com.
